I am interested in why the frame-grabbed image already has 2 reviews and a 4.5/5 star rating? Does this mean that they have false reviewers?

Well, depending on how long the listing was up, there are sites that allow you to review a product regardless of its release date or whether you've purchased it.

That's actually a bit less than what I thought the starting price was going to be and though I'm still going to wait for the reviews to pop up I'm still quite interested in the Switch.

Ill admit at that price I would buy it, but on the flip side, Nintendo already said they won't lose money on sales of the system, so I don't have too much hope for it being any good if they can price it that low and make money on it.
