First Ace Attorney Investigations 2 and now these games. What are these 'certain issues' they keep talking about preventing us from getting the game?

The reviews of the first one on Amazon.jp are full of people saying it was a great game but ended abruptly before resolving the climax. I hope this placates them some.

I know, right? They never gave us an actual reason as to why these games won't be released outside Japan.
