The cgi looks great from the images. I hope they show the beginning of the story though. To just jump into the later arcs will be confusing for a standalone movie.

Wow, this looks awesomely entertaining Very Happy. What part does the movie start from though? It's been so long since I read Gantz so an earlier part of the story would be nice.

^ Read the whole article. Though, watching the video itself makes it easy to figure out if you read the manga since Kato is the main character instead of the main character himself for obvious reasons.

hahaha I missed that last line in the article. I did realise that but does that mean there are still arcs that won't have any adaption though? I did read the manga but honestly, I've forgotten a fair amount...

Even without the subjectivity Gantz does have legit issues between it's mostly unlikable main character, it's notorious bridge dropping, the redundant plot elements, etc.

holy shit this looks drop dead gorgeous.
I'll come out and say that I really didn't like how gantz decided to handle the latter half of the story but if they continue animating it like this I really dont care.

Man the asses of all the ladies look fine in this.
Man why they gotta make anime so beautiful for, makes me envious of fictional characters cause I aint got no chance with 3D girls that are as fine as that
Also on the point of Reika's booty I want to beat the shit outta Kei out of sheer manenvy. If youve finished the series they ya'll know what i mean

Looks better every time I see it!

Buy this everyone! So hopefully they'll adapt the entire thing!

I get that in the manga the main character starts out very unlikable, but he does have an arc which leads him to change from the despicable horny Japanese teen into an actual caring hero. Whereas Kato remains Kato. But Kato was also part of the reason he changed.

Both Gantz and Inuyashiki go with unconventional leads.
