It says "updated weekly," which just means they'll be uploading new chapters every week. |

So what exactly is The Emperor and I? (i mean, besides "a short full-colour comic about a penguin," which I figured out on my own). I just read the two chapters currently available on the site, and they were adorable and fun, but I don't see any author credit anywhere and I'm very curious about where this thing came from.
