I don't believe it I see it but I just don't believe it, claws coming out of a girls skirt are what nightmares are made of and if these "skirt claws" ever become a thing then I'm going to engineer wristbands that shoot out spider webs to protect myself.

That looks like it needs a harness around your waist and hips so it doesn't spin or flail around uselessly. It also looks heavy enough to need suspenders up to your shoulders for weight distribution. In other words, a parachute harness kind of ancoring under the clothes.
And now that I think about it, the device looks like it will need lot of electricity. Just how many batteries is it going to use? A car battery? |

Anyone, other than a model, willing to wear this in public is going to be an extreme extrovert if not an exhibitionist. They will undoubtedly either be prepared for a skirt lift with appropriate undergarments or simply don't care, likely both. |
