I really hope 2016 has some series related to aviation planned. |

Hope those 100+ new shots do enough to make sense of the second half of the story. I had such high hopes for the "reboot" of Last Exile and we only saw Claus and Lavie toward the last, as if a desperation play to keep former fans from checking out before the end. I anticipate this effort with some jaundice.

Oh cmon.... after this i am almost certain is just a prelude to something else that will be announced later.
i mean look at how much of the animation they improved...there is no way they are going trough this effort without something planned ahead. |

I was a huge fan of Last Exile & when Last Exile: Fam, The Silver Wing came out I was excited but the show does not live up to it's predecessor. I watched a little more then half and then stopped at episode 14 because the show wasn't enjoyable.
Very surprised that Fam gets a movie but it's just a retelling of the series which wasn't very good in my opinion. I hope like others have stated that this a precursor to something else Last Exile wise. |

I don't think it did do that well, which is probably part of the reason WHY it is getting a film. It is just a compilation with added scenes. Very cheap for them to make, and hope for a bit of extra cash. |
