Meh episode 4 was boring, but 5 was excellent so it should reverse soon. Similarly one punch man ep 5 was really great, could top the chart next week.

Not rankings are reasonable. They are just opinions. Depends on what anime that you like.

Interesting how many ratings drop off after the first week, when you realize that the charms of the first episode will just be repeated over and over and over...
