So the Kouji Ogawa that's directing World Trigger: Tōbōsha Hen (anime#17677) uses the kanji 小川孝治
The current entry uses 小川浩司 (person#29586) They are probably two different people, I think. |

From what I can make out so far, 小川孝治 works on Toei titles, only does directing/storyboards, and possibly only as far back as around 2008. 小川浩司 on the other hand has lots of animation credits though he's done some episodic direction too. One odd one I spotted was the Production Supervision on the 18+ anime "Perverted Thomas" which happens to be the exact same kanji as Toei person, but that's probably a coincidence (names in those titles are often pseudonyms anyway).

I've gone ahead and given the Toei director his own entry. There are still some additional splits to do with the original entry for the animator.
