It looks like there are two people represented in this entry. One is a background artist with a few early credits. The other is a colorist for A-1 Pictures, though her profile at their site indicates her name is actually Kazuko Nakashima, not Nakajima. The earlier colorist credits appear to be associated with Studio Road, but I think this is the same person who later worked for A-1 Pictures. English credits for the IGPX franchise (both the original microseries and the full series) have her as "Kazuko Nakashima", same as is confirmed for the A-1 Pictures person. Since "Nakashima" appears to be a rarer reading of the kanji of "Nakajima", it's unlikely to just be a guess. I've found no evidence to suggest the background artist isn't "Nakajima", though. The official English Tezuka site has her as such for Symphonic Poem: Jungle Emperor Leo.
This looks pretty straightforward (more than I expected), so I will get to going ahead with the split and merge soon.
