Wait, did they actually manage to make the in-game graphics look like the cutscenes now?! It's hard to tell, but it looks gorgeous.

Not a huge fan of SAO, but man these visuals are truly something to behold. If I can play as a girl instead of Kirito, that'd be pretty awesome, but I'm not getting my hopes up too high.
Does anyone know what this game is about? Or if like the graphics really do look like the cut scenes? Or is there going to be a lot of talking heads moments like with that other game? |

No Phantom Bullet arc? Shame...
Though I wonder why Aincrad again. ALO has a huge world to explore (in the series) so I'm a bit skeptical as to why they would return to this one. |

I wasn't expecting the games to go back to Aincraid, and I wonder what the "Origin" title means? Could this be an original, slightly different, version of SAO that Kayaba made before the final product?
Also curious about the girl and if she might be an AI program like Yui and Strea. But wow, those graphics look great  .
And some nice Halloween costumes for Asuna and Sinon  .
