Sounds interesting but how are you supposed to make an anime of dragons that bounce around and destroy stuff...?

Good concept for a game, but I'm not sure how this will fare in anime medium... Not exactly yearning for another children's show like pokemon.

Card game or monster collection series have often proven successful, so it only makes to milk the idea even more.
