I backed this yesterday. I'm hoping they will do more of the unusual stuff from Tezuka. I'm really hoping they will do Vampires at some point soon, that is one I've really wanted.
Now I just wish Kansai Club Publishing would say if "The Crater" is actually coming out or not. I try not to back more then I'm willing to lose out of my pocket but this one of the only times I've been burned.

I've already written that one off as a lost cause. I'll be very surprised if we ever see it.

I'm sick of DM's Kickstarters, but this selection sounds pretty good...guess it wouldn't hurt to look at the rewards...

Surprised ANN didn't mention the first Stretch Goal. If they reach $18,200, they'll print Brave Dan physically for the first time (they've already released it digitally).
Definitely want that. Already supported the Kickstarter. Love me some Tezuka manga, and a collection of short stories should be fun.

I'm very happy they chose Clockwork Apple. I've been wanting collections of Tezuka's short work in English. Some freaky SF is perfect. This KS is very reasonable too.

Y'know folks are still wondering what the hell happened. We backed them back when the book was first announced and still have not seen hide nor hair. Hell, I've even sent them a message and they haven't responded. People wanted to file action lawsuits against them. But I better get on the ball adding this to the list. Anything Tezuka is a good thing. Glad that they are printing this on quality paper.

This may as well be a Kickstarter for printing Brave Dan for me. While I'm glad that they're finally doing a title not out in French in the form of Clockwork Apple, so is the case for Brave Dan and that one is way closer to my tastes. I already enjoyed the heck out of it when they released it digitally and I'd love to own a real physical book of it.

Nice that they picked a smaller title for this kickstarter. I did back this, but DM should not relay on kickstarter for each title. At some point people are just going to get fed up with it.
