Out of loyalty to High School of the Dead - which I feel bad about enjoying so much - I'll definitely give this one a shot.

I take it he nipples are only available on the home release. The broadcast standards are strange, you can show almost the entire boob, as long as the nipple is covered.

There are a lot of nurses in my family so I can say from my experience with them that the premise of this series is preposterous. When you're on call for twenty hours the last thing you want to do is spend what little time you have off until you're on call again fighting crime. The chicks in this anime must be immune to sleep.

I literally feel the same way about watching this. I mean I'll give it a shot but I still feel we got shafted on the perpetually comatose, legally dead HOTD. It pains me to see that thing not finished and it's been 4 years since anything was attempted at progressing.
Final note what happened to the manga and why is it on hiatus? If someone could help me piece this together that'd be greatly appreciated.

I vaguely remember reading that HotD's perpetual hiatus is the result of the writer running out of ideas and the artist not having time to illustrate two manga. I'm not sure what the official explanation is - or if there is one.

Really? I think I read somewhere that the health of Satō Daisuke, Highschool of the Dead's author, was the reason for the hiatus.

itachi06103570 when it comes to HOTD the author has been known to on other works of his to take long hiatus or just give up on them and that's why it's been stalled so long. While the artist who also draws Triage X and writes it too, so it wasn't that he couldn't do both in fact he would sometimes delay Triage X and put out the artwork HOTD instead for many chapters.
But with out the author giving him the the outline of what to draw his hands are tied. He probably is one of the only people who knows what really is taking so long or if it's dead for good but isn't saying a word.
As for Cyberphobe remarks, two of the characters are doctors and one is a nurse but they aren't the only members on staff. So their is plenty of personal to cover their shifts when they work their other night job which isn't every day. Plus the director/owner of the hospital in question is also the vigilante squads leader so he can get others to cover for them if need be when a job comes in so they can get the time off.

That it's on CR and not a FUNi title pretty much guarantees it's already a Sentai title.

So much for a good dub... Sentai has the worst actresses who can't sound sexy to save their lives (well there are a couple but they're not used as often as the miscast women who usually get the leads and these types of roles)

More like production committee standards. There have been a few times you'll get it on late night broadcast .

I give it 50/50 chance. The Kadokawa titles don't seem to have good chances. Maken-ki 1 & 2 was still censored on AT-X and Maken-ki 2 was one of those 10 TV ep runs.

Triage X will be a 10 episode run, too. That's already been confirmed by the home video solicitations.
