I'm impressed. Didn't think JC Staff could do it but I think that PV crafted the impressions I had now. Decent cast too. Spring Season looks godly this year.

Ikumi's voice sounds decent enough so far, but Megumi's VA will have to prove herself.
I still have the suspicion that the VAs of Erina, Ikumi and Megumi were not chosen simply because J.C. Staff though their voices were the best possible. (none had any roles of note on record, then they all play together in J.C.'s shitty wixoss anime, and now they're suddenly hired to play three of the most prominent females in the series. Yeah, something smells fucky) I am most certainly happy to hear about Takahiro Sakurai voicing Isshiki, though! That is a good choice, even though I would have preferred Mamoru Miyano. |

Amazing animation, epic atmosphere and holy fanservice.
YEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! The trailer focuses more on the epicness than the fanservice, that's what I like. I hope the next trailers will show Alice, Kurokiba and Hayama (even though I don't like the latter). |

Except Tadokoro's voice actress wasn't in Wixoss, and Ikumi's was only a very minor character. Which is a shame because Wixoss ended up being a pretty fantastic series. However I can't deny that this trailer is gorgeous. The character designs look perfect and the series looks as intense as it should. I had high expectations for this series, and they are now even higher, although JC Staff is not who I would have picked. Also the throw away stone line in the trailer is said by Megumi Tadokoro not Erina. |
