Might as well save your money and buy a Vita.

Yeah this is just mind boggling. You buy a PS TV to play your vita games on your tv. So why in god's name would you buy a crappier vita-lite thing to plug it back into to make them mobile again? How did this thing ever make it to production?

Yeah, and for reasons weird, its like an "XL" version of sorts, that, and the only missing feature is the touchpad, which is a huge degrade, so yeah, either just get the regular Vita, since though the PS TV still doesn't have compatibility with almost every game, yet.

Wow, this makes me wish I'd waited to get a Vita. What's even the point of having a Vita now? The touchscreen?
Since there's no way to play Vita games on a TV without a Playstation TV (that I can tell), this just makes the vita feel almost unnecessary. Maybe Sony's more interested in selling games than consoles right now?

Yes, but this add on costs almost as much as just buying a Vita. So you might as well just buy a Vita and a Vita TV rather than this and a Vita TV.

The DekaVita7 isn't a Sony product.
Also, what? I think you might be the only person in the universe that would prefer this over a normal Vita.

so this piece of junk costs $170... the ps tv costs $100... combined that is $270 (or $70 more than a vita!!!). this has got to be the most idiotic idea i've seen in a long time... not just from a financial point of view but from a practical one. who would use this? not sure why ann is covering this story to be honest.
