I proably shouldn't start a new topic (consdering my last one didn't go so well, but I took the advice given to me and checked out ALL of the old threads), there were a few about (anime) video games, but I still want to see this. What is your favorite anime related game and why?
Mines Chrono Trigger, anyone who's played it can see why.

I have 2, Sword of the Berserk and Record of Lodoss War... they aren't really my type of games, I just have them because I liked the show...
edit: not really a gamer...more of a shopoholic...I have tons of uselees crap lying around...dont even get me started on how much hello kitty stationary that I'll never used...

heh - does Xenogears count? What about Xenosaga?
For the most part, I don't really purchases games just because it is related to "anime". I buy it for a unique interactive entertainment experience.

Chrono Trigger was the best! Espescially the PSX version with the animated cut scenes. That just brought it to a new level of cool!
I liked the . hack games, even if the dub was a little....annoying...
I also liked Grandia II

You knew that you could switch to Japanese with English subtitles with this game, right? That's one of the options in the game options menu.

Top two:
Chrono Trigger
Legend of Legaia
The rest I've played:
Final Fantasy 2/5/6/7/8/9/10/Tactics
Chrono Cross
Legaia 2
Xenosaga
First .hack
Probably will play Final Fantasy 11/X-2, Xenosaga 2, the rest of .hack and if any other good rpgs come out those too.

Yup, it's probably around half my game collection. It's what I look for first when I go to the store. Just got .hack/Xenosaga recently, been playing those a lot.

That is so right! And the last cut scene where we see Lucca when she found Kid, great idea. It's a shame the game wasn't transfered perfectly and had loading times where the Super NES version did not.
Grandia is great too. I loved Grandia and Grandia II. I'm waiting for my Grandia Extreme disc to start a game.

Where the hell is Cookie? All the important anime topics are being pushed down by newbies for unrelated gaming topics that don't belong here.
Please get a clue and take this to a gaming forum.
