Ayato's final form from RahXephon would definitely top the list for me.

Good pick, I must say.
I never thought Eren the Titan's hair look otome-ish until you mentioned it, yeah, you are right, although he is still incredible and awesome in my book
You know, maybe it's just me. I personally find some transformations of Arrancar (from bleach) to be quite creepy and disturbing. Especially Espada number 10 to 7, oh yeah, and the beauty-obsessed guy.

It's a nitpick, but in the new poll for Square-Enix RPG franchises, I hope by "Romancing SaGa" you meant the entire SaGa Series & not just the Romancing SaGa games. It does seem to be a still-lingering misconception for some people to think that the entire franchise is called Romancing SaGa, but only three games in the SaGa Series have that name.
I still chose "Romancing SaGa" in the poll, but I did so for the SaGa Series as a whole, not just RS.

Dragon Ball's giant monkey is impressive no matter how it's used. GT's Super Saiyan 4 form with its pink fur isn't much of anything but weird.

Oh, I actually really like the giant ape forms of the Saiyans. Everything else is from stuff I've not seen.
And, no mention of Bravely Default in the poll? Can that be considered a franchise now, seeing as we have Bravely Second? Anyway, went with Dragon Quest. I'm a fan of Kingdom Hearts, but definitely own more DQ games.

If you think two magical girl transformations is a lot... Amu from Shugo Chara ends up with seven.
Favorite Square Enix video game... does Symphonica Grand Maestro count? *not a gamer*

'Septem' is Latin for seven. What you're thinking of is 'septum'.
And even if it were spelled septum, that's just the divider part of your nose. Piercing not required.

I know, you never foget it.
But to be fair, it only really shocks you the first time. I've seen A TON of scary shit by now, so I'm pretty desensitized.

I almost thought Eternal Sailor Moon was going to land on this list. I've heard so many jokes at the expense of that costume (not that I really have any problems with it).

My favorite SquareEnix RPG franchise? Dang it, that's a tough call to make. For me it's a tie between Chrono Trigger, Final Fantasy (when it was still good), SaGa and Mana. But I guess I have to hand my vote to Mana, since Secret of Mana is still one of my top games to this day and my constantly renting it from Blockbuster as a kid made it one of the first SNES games I purchased.

Back in the early days of AMV's, I remember someone synching Tetsuo's nut-allergy reaction (or whatever that was) with the old Fluffer-Nutter commercial jingle.
And then, there was that recent parody video about Doraemon at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic stadium...
As for favorite Square Enix, it's easy to vote for FFVII, FFX/X-2, and Kingdom Hearts II, but...ohh, you had to go and mention Secret of Mana!

The Espada should be on the list for sure! Nice mention!!

To hell with the Espada...how about Aizen himself? I have no idea what Kubo was going for, but I just laughed my ass off.

I never played the game, but the Gungrave anime had some seriously silly transformations for three of the four Millennion lieutenants under Harry. Bear's telekinetically-controlled hands and Bob's transformation into a cyborg helicopter were... memorable, at least.
