Wow, this was surprising. Another anime by ufotable. Maybe this will air during the season break after FSN: UBW? Anyways, looking forward to it for sure.

Kinda surprised it took this long for some kind of anime of God Eater to come along. The fact that its from ufotable makes it promising.

I've never played the games before (don't own a playstation) so I'm curious to what God Eater is like. Plus, we're guaranteed the anime will at least look gorgeous.

Ooooh, I'm a little nervous about this because a God Eater show could be either reaaaaly great or reaaaallly awful.
I loved the game*, wonderful story, world, and characters, but I'm not sure how well it will translate into a full length series. It could go either way really. Would be interesting if the tv series told the story of a different branch than that in the games. But we'll see! *I've only played the first game because the second hasn't been released in the states. HOPEFULLY IT WILL THOUGH. SOMEDAY!  !

I really loved the ONA animated by UFOTABLE a while back, and if they can capture the tone of the ONA in the anime, then I will be happy.

Agreed, I expected it to happen sooner, but I'm totally looking forward to it. 
Hopefully with the upgraded 2 on PS4/Vita it'll get localized this time as well! |

Oh wait. I just realised something. With a God Eater anime, that would mean anime with Go Shiina music! Huzzah!
(at least, it BETTER mean that.) Even if they just use the music from the game and no new pieces, that'll still be awesome <3 . |

I'm mildly interested. And hugely interested in Go Shiina's music, I agree with Lovely. I exchanged a message with him lately, really cool dude. I'd love to see more of his works in anime soundtracks.
