Can Media Blasters lay down and die already? I would like to get my hands on some of the titles they no longer release or never released in the first place.

I sort of remember that OVA, it wasn't very good. Seems going after bottom of the barrel is really all MB can do.

Wait, Media Blasters is still around?

I've actually seen Holy Knight, it is utter dreck, mostly bewbs and vampires and implied rape, so it probly sell a few copies to the T&A crowd. It's kind of like Highschool DxD in terms of content and quality, except DxD is a comedy while this was VERY SERIOUS BUSINESS.

But still, to be reduced to releasing a trashy, half-finished obscure OVA...there truly are fates worse than death.

The only information about Media Blasters that you can trust is when stores announce that it has arrived and is available for purchase.

Sometimes people may feel about Funi or Sentai regarding their delayed releases but I think they have had a better recent track record compared to MB and are more active. I do wish MB could make a strong recovery.

I glad MB lost Lodoss. Knowing them, if they had actually had been able to keep hold of it, they probably would have just re-released the same shitty old masters. All those DVDs should be thrown in the trash now that the BD is out.

At least its not a god awful hentai series. also sure its inferior to other series like High School DxD and Highschool of the Dead, but in a way it kinda reminded me of Rin: Daughters of Menosyne. sure its inferior to that series but its still a decent series for those that are fanservice junkies.

Besides, if it means that MB wont kick the bucket, then i am all for it. Hopefully it will sell well enough to warrarnt an english dub.

They may have delayed some titles several times, but they still released it regardless. MB, on other hand, delayed some titles, then never released the titles.

Think at this point they should just stick exclusively to porn.

Seriously, I want someone bring over Tayu Tayu without the risk of viruses.

Since Media Blasters was unable to release Yamibou, I'm not holding my breath that they'll be able to release these titles either. Having said that though, should Right Stuf list End of the Beginning I'll pre-order that anyway just in case, for I'm very much curious to see this film, which judging from the trailer would fit very well in their Tokyo Shock line.

Considering that they only released 1 vol., I'd say that's unlikely though I think Viz picking up the rights and finishing the series (with the same VA) would make more sense because Viz has the manga and because it was a Shounen Jump title.

ugh media blasters should just die and let other people license their stuff. I actually thought they were already dead.
