This made me remember the old Snes era fight about RPG releases in USA/Europe. Everything is so worldwide now that this is unexpected.

Also double audio is nice.

Personal opinion:
Veeeery strange without Ciel. Ciel tells a huge story before Ar, so it's a little if not very confusing.

I wish the best for Nosurge's release in the west.

Blame that on the Vita's sales numbers. They probably don't see enough Vitas to make it worthwhile. I hope for a US release for this tho, Ciel or no Ciel.

Vita sales levels haven't stopped them from localizing all of the Vita ports of the Atelier games.

But Ciel Nosurge was released as a serial.
I don't think the final chapter, chapter 12, has been released yet.

Edit: Word is out that chapter 12 will be released this July 31st.

It's nothing to do with the number of Vita's and everything to do with the type of game the first in the series was. It was basically a 'Sim Girl' type game which typically have never been localized.
