This is a risky move by Compile heart by releasing games on PS4 far too soon, who know if they can sell their normal 30-50k they always do in Japan. Hopefully they have more information on the game at TGS.

They also released info for Omega Quintet which is also for PS4. Neptune has a strong user base worldwide so if Japan doesn't get the sales, I'm sure NA and EU will help!

This actually sounds perfect. I was thinking of picking up a PS4 sometime next year after I get a Wii U this year, but V II sounds like a nice bonus.

Pretty excited for this, love my PS4, but I haven' really touched it much since inFamous: Paper Trail ended. Need some good JRPGs for the system, that's why I keep going back to my PS3 and Vita.

The other Neptune games look and play like PS2 games, hopefully this one will at least look and play like a PS3 game. Not expecting to be blown way, but I'll still buy it.

well i was hoping a ps3/ps4 release here really, not that i really expected a ps3 but some titles still coming gave me hope.
So needless to say im a little sad. I don't want to buy a ps4 just for this, or more accurately put, if i brought a ps4 it would be just for this so yeah seems a expensive buy to purchase a console and game just because it's one the only series i play now.
I have no grudge with the new consoles (well besides i have no interest in any games but that's just my taste as im not a big gamer) im just not big on gaming and so wont be buying new consoles, well not unless they turn dirt cheap...
