Not sure why Index is in the top spot, she's very annoying, I do agree with Maria, Yu, and Maho being in the top 5.

I'd have definitely voted for Yashiro from Denpa Onna and Subaru from Mayo Chiki. Oh well c'est la vie.

I personally dislike Index (the character), so I can't agree with the top spot. Also, I would have liked to see Iguchi's role from True Tears on here.

I'm happy to see Index as #1. I actually like Index's character unlike a lot of people. I thought that she was hilarious at times, and Index was the first time that I became aware of Yuka Iguchi. But, like EricJ2 said, if you ask fans in Akihabara, you're going to get moe.
