I heard that some minor edits were made to the Shaman King manga by Viz. I was wondering in which volume and chapter/reincarnation they were made in, and what they are. Thank you.

There aren't any until Ponchi & Conchi show up. I forgot who it was, but the editors had to change their....  You probably know what I mean, but if you don't, someone else could explain it better than I. 
Among other things, they drew a pair of underwear on Lyserg to cover up his butt when he pulls his pants down. That happens in the chapter when he first shows up. I'm pretty sure that there aren't any violence edits though. |

I'm not sure, but I think Yoh often had a hemp leaf on his clothes which was edited out.

Yes! 
That was the other thing that was edited! In some panels it is erased completely, and in some the stem was erased. |

Aside from the previously mentioned Lyserg edit (and some minor stuff), I do not think Shaman King has been edited in the slightest.

i think viz will give that one girl cloths i forgot her name she is in the coffen thing and i heard in the orginal version she is naked.
