Oooh, looking forward to Drug and Drop, especially with William Flanagan once again tackling Clamp's crazy intertangled stories (and thank you ANN for actually figuring out if LD was on hiatus or not, I'd given up trying to figure out for a while and this saved me a lot of work
 )

It's really too bad there won't be new translations for Legal Drug since TP did an awful job with it, but at least we'll get a decent one for Drug & Drop.

Neat news!
I'll buy more Satoshi Kon. I'll probably get Drug & Drop too, though I already have it. If it's offered digitally as well that would help. I really don't have the space for multiple copies. But, I was pleasantly surprised with what Clamp has been doing with it. So good it will be in English now. |

Super awesome on the pick-ups of Legal Drug and Drug & Drop. I only collected the first volume of Legal Drug, so now I can get just get the complete series.
With Dark Horse getting basically every CLAMP title now, I wonder if they'll go for some of the other shorter series and one-shot volumes? Shirahime-Syo, CLAMP School Detectives, The One I Love, Miyuki-chan in Wonderland, etc.? |

Has it really been almost ten years since the first volume of Legal Drug came out? Man, how the time flies. At least we're finally getting the sequel series. Now if only CLAMP will finally resume X/1999.

Are they not re-tranlating it? I thought Dark Horse did new translations for the other Clamp stuff they got a hold of? |

I hope Legal Drug sells, because I don't remember it being one of CLAMP's more popular titles here. Surprised Dark Horse didn't go for School Detectives, though.

They didn't do new translations. They just flipped the books that needed it, cleaned up the pages a bit and then added all the color artwork in. My CLOVER omnibus still has Ora/Sue instead of Oruha/Suu and the same pretty badly translated lines from the TP versions. |

Gohou Drug originally came out at a time that I couldn't buy it, so this makes me happy.
