Don't blame Sony. Marvel knew exactly what it was doing with that movie. Anyway, even if Sony agreed, the budget would probably be too high to justify that kind of crossover.

I think Marvel's reasoning is since the adult-aimed series didn't do so hot, they'll try a kid-aimed one now.

With how rather bland and boring the Marvel/Madhouse properties are and how unpopular they are with everyone, will this Marvel/Toei collaboration work this time? I personally hope so because at least the preview I witnessed looks like it is trying to have some more fun here.
