:O This is my first time ever hearing of such a series, but man do I have to check this out now! Not for Dan Brown (with his oh-so-special "powers" ), but Dostoevsky and Agatha Christie? Sounds fun... has anyone else read this series, I'd like to hear others opinions on it.

Sounds like a fun series, but I'm a little put off if a hack like Brown is in it.

This sounds like something that would crossover well with Read or Die...

I could've gotten behind it had he been given some illusion powers or somesuch that have his targets seeing the world about as accurately as he writes about it.

I wonder if Stephen King could end up being in this series?

I'm not sure where to comment on this...

I've been working my way through the Book Girl series (on book 6 right now) so it makes a manga that features names like Osamu Dazai and Kenji Miyazawa (a constant reference in the BG series) all the more interesting.

Not sure he would consent to something like this, but he would make a great villain.

He knows far more about both subjects than most living authors..you cant really argue that. Don't mistake is stories for his beliefs either. He was openly said he doesn't really believe in the stuff in the writes.

Well, it seems the mangaka is well-read and well-traveled at least.

There's Japanese hacks in it already, so why not.

There's a good reason a certain trope-focused wiki used his name to refer to someone being outed as not having done research they claim to have for their writings.
