The first time I tried to add it to my "Seen Some" list, I got one of those server errors that happens from time to time on ANN. When I try to add it again, I get the message "0 anime have been added to your list," and it doesn't appear on my "Seen Some" list. It's like the server glitch made "Steins;Gate" get caught in a crack, where some part of the list system thinks it's added to my list, and some part thinks it doesn't.

I think I found a workaround. Going to the "Steins;Gate" encyclopedia entry page and clicking on "Seen some" allowed me to enter the entry on the list, even though using the "Add anime to my lists" link didn't work.
