Does AD Police (both OVA and TV series) and Parasite Dolls have powered armors in them like Bubblegum Crisis does?

No. They are merely spinoffs of BGC. Both feature boomers, but only BGC has the Knight Sabers.

I wasn;t refering to just the hardsuit that the KNight Sabers use but also the combat armors that the police use ic BGC.

You mean the K-Suits? No, I don't think so. I haven't seen the AD Police OVA or Parasite Dolls, but I know they're not in the AD Police TV series.

In the two AD Police series the K-Suits are there to some extent but not really featured and it's been a while since I saw Parasite Dolls and couldn't comment there. The spinoffs focus more on the human aspect rather than the powered suit combat. They're all decent series though, I'd still suggest them.

The K-Suits are completely absent from Parasite Dolls. I agree that all the BGC spinoffs are worthy additions to the universe, even sometimes surpassing the original, because they are character driven. Although Parasite Dolls did not quite live up to my expectations, mainly because of the weak animation in the first episode, it is still among the better anime titles out there.
