Who do you think is the best looking anime character? For me
the best looking character has to be Tessa Testarossa from Full Metal Panic. She is so HOT and cute and even sexy. Wink. she's got that innocent and naive personality that i just love. The white hair style and big blue eyes are also an added bonus.
