That's weird, because I thought since she writes columns for Shojo Beat, that Viz would be picking up her work.

I can't imagine that Viz would go for pre-1990's shojo manga right now, or Sci-fi shojo at that. In any case, great to hear that Vertical is planning to continue to publish manga after Kirihito and Buddha are finished. |

Indeed, it will freeze in hell before Viz would take such an initiative and going for classic shoujo mangas

Ha! You and me both! They Were Eleven was a great series....I really need to see the movie one of these days.... I still haven't watched it yet, but I got the second to last copy of Toward the Terra from Right Stuf. Always thought it looked interesting... |
