I'm a little bit amazed by how fast this franchise has seemingly exploded in popularity. Just a few months ago, I saw a figure or two of Shimakaze get announced. I was intrigued enough to see what the source was all about (I do like Mecha Musume), and now it seems like there's new Kantai merchandise coming out every day.
