The recently added Yuruyuri credit is for a seiyuu Ayaka Saitō (西塔彩香) who has mostly different kanji from the more prominent seiyuu (齋藤彩夏) all of the other information represents. Their name reading is exactly the same. The new one with the single credit should be split into a new entry.
