Honestly, I thought the acting in the live-action was bad. I'm probably wrong about that, so far as technical quality is concerned, but I really did not enjoy it. Still, the manga is one of my favorites, and I'd love to see an anime adaption. I think, as it's fairly episodic, it would work well in that form. Although it's possible every episode would have a cliffhanger...

Sweet.
I enjoyed the first drama, although the plot did take a bizarre turn for the strange at the end of the third round. Hopefully they'll pick up the pieces and go back to the manga. I'm so excited. Edit: And an anime would also be wonderful. |

I wonder how they are going to continue the drama since it diverged from the manga, but I look forward to it all the same.

Or it would be if they actually made Fukunaga a transvestite in the drama. Seriously, manga Fukunaga is so much awesome and sexier than the drama one, heh. |

I think is the first bad comment I've read about it  All the people I know who has seen the show liked it, so I plan to watch it soon (like, right after I post this  ).

Meh ... I'd prefer an anime adaptation. I love the manga, but I haven't heard great things about the drama.

I loved the live action. I didn't even realize it was a manga adaptation. I am glad there will be a second season.

I liked the live action adaptation (though not nearly even half as good as the manga) but it had a lot of flashback scenes and some very poor acting - sadly to say a lot of the relatively current crop of J-Dramas have horrible acting. After the third round, the series went into the gutter.
Now an anime adaptation would simply be awesome. |
