I would have thought so, she probably charges quite low prices for the shoot but the photos themselves are most likely double or triple that for a set. It's fairly common, in the UK anyways.

I remember me and a friend were enticed into a 3 hour photo shoot, with hair and makeup for £25 each but the photos themselves after were £75 for a single A4iah sized print.
