I wonder if the graduates of the "Otaku University" will require also the services of the "Otaku Dating Agency" ?

Is there really such a thing as an Otaku Dating Agency...because that'd be sad. Anyways, I hope that Otaku U does well for itself. I certainly am interested in attending.

It sounds... serious. Wonder if there's an age limit, because it's probably too hardcore for "kids"...

More likely that the ODA will teach a mandatory social skills class . Anyway, this event is more or less a seminar no?

It's hard to tell, given the near-total lack of any actual information on the site in question.

From the sound of it, it's not so much a hard age limit as what they'll have there won't be nearly as beneificial if you're not either in the work force already or nearly ready to enter it.

The site is still kind of sparse (but then the event is around a year and a half away), but so far the only content mentioned is stuff like panels, workshops, and demonstrations. Not an anime convention in the conventional sense but a trade convention about the anime/manga industry. It depends on how it turns out in terms of getting guests and attendees, but I'm definitely interested.
