4kids sure takes a lot of flak, and Ojamajo Doremi is another one that's "Americanized" by them.

Heck, I don't care, but they changed 99% of all the names and gave Aiko one of the queerest voices to grace dubbed anime.

And the fact that they'll never release uncut Ojamajo Doremi DVD's with Japanese audio saddens me.

I thought it was going to be Japanese TV for a minute. Then I remembered this was ANN.

Texhnolyze is taking a little getting used to, but Lain is my favorite of all of Abe-san's animes (Followed closely by Haibane Renmei and I haven't seen NieA under 7 yet) so I wasn't too happy about what was said about it. Over all the colum was very helpful and a nice addition to ANN. Very Happy

Wow, that's a really great column! Much more thourough than these things usually turn out to be, especially with the Canadian premieres being listed. Hopefully it'll last longer than similar columns have tended to in the past.

Oh, and while everything could change as of episode 2 (it's happened before), it does seem that YTV got the exact same tapes for FMA that CN did. This means not only "Ready, Steady, Go!" for 40 episodes, but also the original text glitches from the first AS airing and shortened endings, despite the fact that YTV doesn't have the same time restrictions that CN does.

Whoa. G.I. Joe is anime? My anime life is a liiiiiiiiiiiiieeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!

and people get mad when I make mention of the Boondocks being a certain A-word...

But yea nice Columm. I hope its not a quick fix for people hanging off the edge of their seats for Kyle Pope's next Edit List.
And why is there no mini-Staff bio for Brian Hanson? Is it just because he's so new that there is none?

Um, I'm just wondering if this Brian Hanson is registered here on the forums. He isn't on the staff page. If you are in the forums, show yourself!

Sigma Six was made by Gonzo, so it's not that far off

Yeah, he's LordByronius here on the forums. We'll get his staff bio up sooner or later. He's a regular contributor over at AnimeJump.

These dates are all tentative, so don’t be too surprised if that stray Naruto repeat gets pre-empted by a five-hour Banana Splits marathon.

Ah, if only life were that interesting that the above could and would happen. Wink

Not bad for an opener, but it seemed a little bit too much. I appreciate the effort, but I don't think we have to know the backstory about every premiere. I would say maybe do the Big'un, a few notables, and then the rest (followed by repeats)

I just want to point out that Jeff Nimoy does not write for Duel Masters. Even though he and Bob Buchholz have done a lot together, including write for Bobobo-Bo Bo-Bobo presently, he's not on DM.

I watched BIONIX last night! In some ways I gotta be disappointed though. While it now has its best lineup ever, last night had both Naruto and Gundam SEED recap episodes, a disappointing Inuyasha episode and now Dragon Ball GT is no longer at a watchable time. But amidst this at least there was one show, the one and only...Fullmetal Alchemist! I think this is my new favorite anime show! Dispite the disappointments, it was really nice to see this truly awesome shown last on Friday (Actually it was respectively Saturday at 12:00!) night (I have two YTV channels and the one I watched has its schedules differently). Those are the sort of things you'd want last in your mind at the end of the day
One final note: Shouldn't this feature be called The Click: March 3rd-9th instead of the latter? Also you should change the dates that this article comes out from Monday to Sunday because all the good shows are on Friday and not everyone can go on this sight right away.

"Trace?" Is that the new name for Ace? Because if so, that's just silly. They leave buckets of Japanese-sounding names alone but change one of the most western-sounding names on the show? 4Kids is wacky.
