Wow. There's so much here that I don't know where to begin. To start with, I wonder what the new Love Hina book is going to be about. Will it be about the years after spoiler[Naru and Keitaro get married], or will it be about some other side adventure involving our characters. Also, a GTO prequal would be seriously sweet. Nothing yet about Fate/Night Stay (sorry Nagisa) but still, these announcements are pretty cool.

Glad to hear Trinity Blood was licensed.

Will the GTO prequel be about Onizuka's time as a gangster and biker before he became a teacher?

As far as Love Hina is concerned I hope that the story would be more about the post-Love Hina 14 Vol. rather than be some side story. However if they happened to make ann entire series I think that that would bring me back into my manga-buying drive i had a few years back and I'd go buy the books. Motoko is by far the most dynamic character in my opinion and series that fololwed her would defintitly be interesting.

Alos as far as GTO I would assume that the seires would be more prequel-ish and document his time as a gangster in a kind of noir(as in genere) type of manga setting. I probably wouldn't even read it unless it was about that because thats IMO the most interesting aspect about Oni's character at least in the manga anyways.

the gto prequel is shounan junai gumi. it documents onizuka and ryuji's days as bikers and its a lot of fighting and their ultimate objective, losing their virgintity. it isnt a noir manga, its comedy manga with the theme of friendship kind of pushed on you. although it's definitly good.

This is my understanding of Shonan Junai-gumi.

It's not a prequel to GTO. It was created first. That makes GTO the sequel of this manga.

Bad Company is the prequel to Shonan Junai-gumi.

yeah, you can see that SJG was drawn first because the art is completely different at first. towards the end/middle of the series it takes on a more GTO like quality but you may not be able to tell it's from toru fujisawa at first. bad company on the otherhand looks like gto.
