Oh snap, I didn't even know that Future Diary was going to get dubbed till recently. I might watch it being a fan of the series; oh also, can't wait for the OVA.

Interesting cast list for Future Diary and I'm pretty happy with having Josh Grelle as Yuki. Going off the trailer both he and Briana Palencia are using deeper voices than expected for the characters but in his case I can get used to it. I was hoping Yuno's voice would be higher pitched so hopefully they'll be able to pull off the creepiness factor going this route. Going off of the trailer it doesn't sound as impressive as I was hoping for so far.

Most of the DxD cast is made up of aliases because of the show's content.
Pretty typical FUNi casts overall. It's cool to see Kate Bristol in a cast. |

I can't watch the trailer right now, but i've recently seen Shikabane Hime, and the same voice actress as Yuno had a role in that series. And I could actually see that voice fitting Yuno, so maybe they actually managed to not screw it up.

I would have prefered no dub and dxd getting released several months earlier, but whatever, at least it looks like it will be coming out relatively soon.

Google searching does show that some of the new names are actually new people. No doubt a few are possibly pseudonyms too, though. |

It's pretty sad they have to use pseudonyms in the first place.
For those that do, do they ever publicly reveal their identities? What about at cons? |

I really liked what I heard of the Future Diary dub. Brina sounds very natural as Yuno and Emily Neves (from the second I heard) sounded really crazy-badass as Minene.
I'm actually interested to hear Tatum as Nishijima because that's the casting that surprised me the most. |
