Has it been said if this is a 5 minute anime or a full anime?

I think symboi says that it's full length.

Just going by the premiere time, I would guess it is going to be inbetween (e.g., around 15 minutes per episode) like Muromi-san from the spring).

Lol. Crunchyroll grabbed the "Girls doing nothing." Anime. And thus an Otaku bad habit was enabled for yet another season.

It likely would have been subbed either way, so "otaku bad habit" would have continued regardless. Besides, this is hardly the otaku show of the season, all that focus is gonna be on Monogatari S2. After that, there's still stuff like Symphogear and Prisma Ilya.

I'm afraid this is Ad Hominem; more specifically, 'Abusive Fallacy'. This also appears to be a statement utilizing the "Straw Man" logical fallacy. Please abstain from addressing me until you have something constructive to say.

Well there's the fact that he's mostly right.
You are basically complaining that people will get to watch a show you aren't interested in. Which is pretty petty and spiteful.

The latter three are likely to be layered more heavily with cosmetically otaku elements, but they're also likely to carry a relatively higher amount of storytelling meat (even Prism Ilya, which at least holds a promise of conflict and therefore interest).

Prisma Ilya and Symphogear are both quite trashy, to a far greater extent than, er, KKK is probably going to be.
The difference is as others have pointed out, that you simply prefer one to the other and blame "the otaku" for its existence.
Also, what in the world does "cosmetically otaku elements" mean?
