Was wondering if the novel is worth it? I've watched the movies and loved them but everyone knows novels are alot different from films so was wondering if the novels are any good.

The first one's better than the movie it spawned in the 80's. The second one's got a muddled story. Still waiting for the third one to be printed, before I can compare it to Bloodlust.

i liked the first book. the bookstores here don't sell the series, so i haven't read the second one yet. i liked the book a lot better than the original movie (but that's not saying much). felt more like bloodlust
