There needs to be a split of three entries for Mutsumi Sasaki
Mutsumi Sasaki kanji - 佐々木睦美 is a woman animator and character designer working for Bee Train/C-Station including the Character Designs for (the belated) Phantom of Inferno remake as credited by me in the Non-Anime Works Section, but DOES NOT Include Chaos;Head (another Nitro+ work) Japan Wiki Mutsumi Sasaki kanji ささき むつみ is a Male Freelance Character Designer and Mangaka his work DOES include the Nitro+ based Chaos;Head anime. The official blog and contact on the current ANN page belong to him. Japan Wiki From my research it seems all animation credits belong to the Above Mutsumi Sasaki, this one seems to all have Mangaka credits with the Original Character Design under his belt. There is another Mutsumi Sasaki 藤宮博也 who only seems to have one credit for Pia Carrot e Youkoso!! - Sayaka no Koi Monogatari but no credit is given on the entry. Unless this is the same person, I don't know. And finally we have a male Seiyuu Mutsumi Sasaki kanji 佐々木睦 Japan Wiki |

That's no way that can be read as Sasaki or Mutsumi - most likely Hiroya Fujimiya (which is apparently also the name of an Ultraman character) Hmm, well this artwork on imouto.org confirms the Pia Carrot connection and according to them it is an alias of ささきむつみ. |
