Well, this is the official site, according to Anipike.com: http://www.nifty.ne.jp/station/sunrise/ There is no English site, though.

After a little digging, here's their e-mail address for inquiries from the general public: [email protected] , but I have no idea if anyone there could understand an e-mail written in English (unlike AIC).
