I just noticed this, but in the case of some of the websites for various manga and anime, the old URL is broken and points to an error page (or confuses the server). However, right now the only way to fix this is to add a new URL with the correct address. The down side to this is that it also leaves the entry with annotation for the broken URL as well - what is the preferable way to handle situations like this?

This happens quite often for fansites; sometimes even official websites change their URL and/or directory structure. Please use the "Report a dead or inappropriate link" button on Links page (for fansites) or "Report an error in this page" for official websites.
