My thoughts exactly. Not entirely sure who's devising their business strategies...
Anyway, good to know there are lots of parties interested regardless.

But hang on, Game buying up Gamestation stores was one of the main reasons which saw them on the brink of bankruptcy. Are they just asking for trouble or something? Another thing, if Game had to close many stores like they did, why are they buying more now? Was it unnecessary for them to close those stores then?

also do they intend to still run em as HMV because if so its even worse of an idea unless they plan to make the stuff in the stores more affordable.

Personally the fact that alot of the CD albums i wanted were £20+ in the shops and a fiver online is what kept me from even looking in HMV, they always seemed way more expensive in HMV unless there was some special sale on in there

(ah i remember when there used to be sales in the UK)

I may still be in possession of a 2001 gift voucher valid at Electronics Boutique. One wonders where it will be valid.

I hear they're accepting all these vouchers at SELCHP in Deptford.
