Dude, it's one line about panties. You act as though someone spraypainted over the Mona Lisa. I wish anime fans wouldn't be so thoughtlessly zealous over trivial stuff like this; there are better causes to get worked up over, especially since you can't purchase the "edited" version in any form.

I'm not some obessive anime oatku. I'm just saying if you give press releases stating shows will air uncut and without commercials. They should. And yes I belive it was ADV who said it.

Because they are airing it and control the commercials. And who said I was worked up. I just belive if you say your going to do something then do it. Especialy for companies. But if you don't like what I've said or my veiw point feel free not to read my post.

the original press release makes no mention of uncut OR commercial-free. the bit about uncut came from a convention report... (which may or may not be true; frankly, I don't think it matters.) ... but commercial free? i'd like to see a source on that one; certainly neither CN nor ADV mentioned it officially. :p |

Technically, changing the dialogue is an edit, not a cut.

While you would have to see something like that coming, its still a downerthat they did it. What would be cool is if they played soem more on adult swim completly uncut.

Williams Street doesn't edit their shows anymore as they previously did, they let the distributors do it now. Except for gundam.
