Takeyasu Kurashima is an incorrect reading of Tomoyasu Kurashima. Takeyasu has most of the credits now and in fact I only created Tomoyasu very recently, but Tomoyasu is the official reading of his name. I will get to purging the incorrect entry myself as soon as I get around to it (probably after finishing the Eiji Abiko/Yasuhiko duplicate), but I'm providing notice here because it involves a lot of credits.

Interestingly enough, the only credit for Tomoyasu (Mahoraba) has his name as 倉嶋丈裕 (whose only ENAMDICT reading would be "Takehiro" while the individual kanji readings do allow "tomo-yasu" as well, both as nanori) whereas Wikipedia has his name as 倉嶋丈康 (no ENAMDICT reading but again "yasu" is a possible reading for the last kanji) like the current entry for Takeyasu. But as Wikipedia confirms the Mahoraba credit the D2_STATION source seems to be of lower priority.
One source (Shirayuki for Kanon 2002) even has the kanji as 倉嶋文康 (which I tagged as "probably a typo"), indicating that a data model allowing for more than one kanji name per person entry would indeed have its benefits. 5 of these credits have been submitted by me, and now moved to Tomoyasu; you could perhaps speed up this process (and prevent any more wrong entries from being created) by hiding the kanji name of Takeyasu (as I set the kanji name for Tomoyasu already). |

I've added brackets to Takeyasu's Kanji for now to prevent confusion (I literally can't see the Kanji to confirm what I am doing otherwise on this computer).

It's a transcription error in the source. I checked the actual credits for that one and it was correct there. I'll change the source there to avoid confusion. |

All credits have been added to Tomoyasu and purged from Takeyasu, so this is done.
