ZeroDemio, it doesn't sound like a straight-up Hentai production. "Unairable content" makes it sound like one or two things will be too raunchy, not the entire thing. And the plot summary is actually pretty detailed for a Hentai work. So I don't think that the worse-case scenario will come true. But I could well be wrong. After all, it isn't like I'm an expert on one-shot Hentai OVAs, ha hah.

Yeah... just as unairable as Sora No Otoshimono OVA, huh? These people are going to hell for lying.

so maybe she will finally get to have a mating season with you know who and that is what the contest is about, so you know the other girls will compete in order to stop it, and maybe get to have their own mating season with him

So it's one of those after all, hm? Typical. Just another title I'll ignore outright then.

It won't be a hentai OVA. It might be a bit ecchi, but definitely no sex or genitals. |

It was always an ecchi series... what could have given you the idea it wasn't? |

I would have liked to see something develop between Kio and Elis. (hope thats not spoiling anything)
The other two women just got annoying IMO, regardless of how hot they where. (not that Elis wasn't hella annoying in her own right, but come ON... Otaku's dream anyone? lol) Regardless, I'm gonna end up watching... and liking... this OVA. |

Poor fan service haters are missing out on a good story with strong (if sexy) women characters and interesting genre bending.
I'm quite happy to hear this news though, the final episode of the series did need a longer epilogue- even with the hints they give of a return. |

Yeah, I was hoping this was a mention of a 2nd series, because there were directions and galore for this thing to go in... un-airable? Then we will have to wait to see it until somone licences it in the US? Boo... I wounder if they will let Crunchy have it... for the other stuff, dun bother to try to explain stuffs to those that hate servicy shows, which? I can't believe they watched the rest at all, it's not like this show was all that tame. |

I agree, the Sora no Otoshimono OVA was CENSORED, even though it was a DVD, they still censored it, I mean what's the point |

The DVD/BD sales for the first volume seem to have been horrible, so even though they have a lot of source material left to work with, I can't see them doing another season. |

Honestly, I think that's kind of an unfair stance to adopt. The actual 12-episode season, while containing some fanservice, is hardly what I would label OTT. It also possesses a level of intelligence (relatively speaking) that you wouldn't normally associate with the genre. Best to look at this OVA as a separate entity, IMO. Just as Negima!? was very chaste, with a focus on Shinbo's scattergun approach to gags, whilst the Spring & Summer OVAs were pretty much pervathons. |

THAT needed a spew warning, though it is entirely true. OTOH, was spring and summer made before !? I can't remember the chronology... Leebo, where did you see the number info on Asobi's BD/DVD? I though it was only released the 15th? It'd be too bad if it doesn't do well, because based on looks, the spent quite a bit making it, but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I've given up trying to figure out what sells. |

These shows sell about 80% of their copies in the first week. It didn't make the top 20 Blu-ray discs for its week. animenewsnetwork.com/news/2010-09-25/japan-animation-blu-ray-disc-ranking-september-13-19 Basically, if old K-ON and Seitokai Yakuindomo volumes are outselling it, that means it sold 500 copies or less its first week. |
