I need to fill in some holes, but I don't want to buy new ones or use Amazon since I have a lot I need to get and don't want to pay all those separate shipping fees. The only places I know of that sell used manga is Bookcloseouts and GoHastings, but they don't have any of the series I'm looking for, or at least not most.
So any other sites you guys can recommend for me would be super duper.

Any local places you can check? Even just used bookstores, odds are they will carry manga now just because, I mean, they are still books, they have little reason not to if it'll sell. I've gotten a lot of awesome stuff at used bookstores near me, like GTO 1-18 for $3 a piece, Bokurano 1 two months before it was supposed to come out (someone must've sold a preview copy), Hikaru no Go 1-9 for about $20, Planetes 1 and 2 for $3 each, and Flower of Life 1-3 for $5 each just to name a few.
Otherwise, there's conventions, you're in Viriginia, right? That should be close enough to go to Otakon and check out the dealer's room. Granted, it's mostly all new manga, but I got over 50 volumes of manga for about an average of $6.08 per book, which is pretty damn good. Some of it has some obvious marking on the page spines and some places did sell some clearly used manga, but there's also lots of new stuff at a good price too. Unfortunately you're a month late for Otakon this year, but keep it in mind in the future perhaps.
And then of course eBay, which I'm sure you're familiar with as you brag about some of the bargains you've found there. Some places selling individual volumes may combine shipping if you get more than one book from them. Livejournal community also has several sales pages dedicated to anime/manga if you look over there, might find what you're looking for offered.

Half Price if you have any near you. I've filled in so many gaps through that place. Also whenever someone turns in a collection, they bag them up and sell them in groups of five for a dollar each. I've bought so many long series for cheap it's ridiculous.

I'd say 85% of my collection has come from the local Green Valley Book Fair, but they only have so much (which isn't much at all, really), and they're only open for a couple weeks every other month with their stock rarely changing. The other 15% has come from Rightstuf and, honestly, I'm not comfortable paying $7-10 for manga since I don't value it that much. And since I don't drive, that's about as good as I can do (the book fair is only about 2 miles down the road from me), especially since the only other book stores near me are a books-a-million and a barnes & noble downtown.
As for Otakon, like I said earlier, I don't drive, so that's out of the question. Besides, paying $75 plus room and food and [hypothetically] driving 3 hours to Baltimore to go to a convention solely for the dealer's room and hoping they have some of the stuff I want/need isn't gonna happen.
I've got a couple emailers set up on ebay, but the stuff I'm looking for are going for somewhere between $8-15, and that's more than I'm willing to pay. As unfair and unrealistic as I'm sure it is, the price I'm willing to pay is in the $3 to maybe $6 range. They're comics I'm probably going end up only reading once, maybe twice in my life, and so I don't want to pay too much for them.
So, with all that said, I'd really prefer some websites that sell used/cheap manga without charging an arm and a leg for shipping. It's pretty much the only option I have, and it's convenient either way.
