Forget the rest of series 2. More importantly, are we getting any reruns of Series 1?!

Don't feel too bad, I live here in Southern Cali and for some reason I get 51.2 but not 18.2. So infuriating! |

Check it out...
http://utbhollywood.com/en/anime/lupin/index.php The Part I episode titles are absolutely incomprehensible. Kinda leads me to believe that the actual subs aren't much better. Hell, they might even be using a bad translation from an HK bootleg. |

Nope. The subtitling is excellent and the the film print is pristine - apparently directly from TMS. They probably subcontract the subtitling to a company in Los Angeles. We're talking about the same Network that is also running Japanese with English subtitled movies and subtitled NHK World programs.
They ran through the entire first season which also had the Miyazaki/Takahata directed episodes. I'd never thought I'd see anything like that on free local TV. |

Seen it as well the subs aren't crap same goes to the other anime shows they've shown. I mostly watch that channel for the j-dramas.

Re-scan for channels. Or, if you have a digital antenna near your dtv box, move it around in order to find the reception. Of course with dtv you get a perfect reception once you adjust to pick it up. I've had to go over and adjust the antenna on other people's sets in order to show them that a lot of new stations now exists in dtv. They are usually very surprised to find the variety of entertainment and programs from foreign networks now available for viewing in English (voice-over or in subtitles) for local television. |

That goes double for me...way to remind me what a steaming pile of suck Chicago-area television is--stupid boring lowest-common-denominator programming... *goes to write FCC to petition denial of broadcast license renewal for every local channel here...* |

I own all the Lupin III HK dvd sets and the titles on the dvd's looked better than that websites title list. Too bad that channel is only available in California. |

I wish I could see Lupin III on TV again, whether it was the first or second series, subtitled or dubbed.

Lupin III to me in my opinion is one of the best anime of all time.
