I made a Big Wind Up fan group on facebook, if any of you would like to join. I am hoping alot will so we can have disussions about the anime. If any of you haven't seen it, you can watch it on youtube on the funimation channel. It's very enjoyable, and I don't even like baseball and I like it.

I'm definitely going to check it out at some point, but I have to admit that after learning from an ANNcast that Funi would not be releasing the second season of it dampens my enthusiasm. It would be a drag to really love the show and the dub and realize that it wasn't going to be completed.

Why did you advertise your group here on the forums and send me a PM about it? I haven't even seen Big Windup and am not at all interested in doing so either.

I'm trying to get more people to see it, so that we can try to convince Funimation to change their minds. If more people watch it, they may reconsider.

If you find a fair amount of fans, you could gather enough money among yourselves and do the licensing with your own money. Make sure to also prepare enough money for the dub; or you could spend that money on season 1, greatly increasing its sales volume and by that the chances of having season two licensed would become far better than it currently is. That's definitely gonna work way better than sending fan letters to Funimation.

I have to get enough fans before anything else can happen.
